Bundle Scratching

Playing the Entire Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality

From early to mid-June 2020, itch.io offered the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. 1,391 creators offered 1,741 items, for a $5 minimum. Upon its completion on June 16, 2020, the bundle raised over $8,165,481.58 for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Community Bail fund. You can see more information about the bundle here: https://itch.io/b/520/bundle-f...

I am going to make an earnest attempt to play every game (within limits and ability) in the bundle and document the experience. My first impression of the bundle is that a quite a few of these games show deeply personal experiences. I am mildly worried some important messages are going to woosh right over my head. I can only hope I'm not judged too harshly for the points I miss.

Expect updates to get a bit irregular, as I have to, you know, play through the game and write about them. If there are posts are in the queue, one will go up at midnight, so just check daily and you'll catch everything I guess.

Also, this is going to take actual years. Seriously, 1000+ games is a LOT of games. So strap in for the long haul.
